 Submit Monthly Time Cards the last week of the month-do not submit early.
​2. Monthly Assignments
Submit Monthly Assignment during the current MONTH. Do not submit early! Deductions for not following directions, incomplete work, etc.  Failure to Submit Monthly Assignment - 5 Point Deduction Per Day

3.  Monthly Workplace Picture
YOU MUST USE YOUR PERSONAL EMAIL ACCOUNT - YOUR SCHOOL EMAIL WILL NOT WORK!!! Monthly Workplace Pictures are due during the current Month.  Pictures must follow the Workplace Picture Guidelines.  Points deducted for not following the guidelines.
Failure to Submit Monthly Workplace Picture - 5 Point Deduction per Day

4.  Journal Assessment

Evaluations will be checked two times during the semester.
