1. WBL Application Form
The application must be filled out FIRST. Click on YOUR SCHOOL link below (this link is also on the HOME page). Students must attend a mandatory Orientation...please mark the best day/time for you to attend at the bottom of the online application form.
2. WBL Student Handbook
The WBL Student Handbook should be thoroughly read. Parents/Guardians are also encouraged to read the handbook. The WBL Student should understand the responsibilities and requirements needed to be successful in the WBL program. 3. WBL Required Documentation Form
This 2-page (Front / Back) document will be distributed to the students during orientation. The Required Documentation form should be signed by ALL parties, completely filled out, and returned to the WBL Coordinator ONE week from the date of your orientation. The student may use their school's designated WBL Dropbox or the SECCA Dropbox 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. The SECCA drop box is located outside the front entrance doors to SECCA.
4. Copy of Timecards
Below is an extra copy of your timecards in case you lose them. Just print, get them filled out and signed by you, your supervisor and your parent and turn in monthly.
